Most items can be returned for a full refund less shipping charges within 30 days of the item being shipped, provided it is in new condition.  Items should be returned in their original packaging, and be unused and unmarked.
However, we are unable to accept CDs or DVDs as returns, unless the goods are faulty or factory sealed and unused.
You can choose to have your refund paid out by credit card refund or bank transfer.   Refunds will not be processed until returned items are received in new condition.  Please allow up to 10 working days for your return to be processed, after goods are received.
To return an item, please send an email to karina@sph.com.au stating:
- Your order reference number
- Your name and address where the goods were received
- The item being returned
- The reason for the return
- Preferred refund method

Your return request will be acknowledged by return email, advising you of the return address and including a return authorisation form that must be printed and attached to the goods.  Failure to attach this form to the goods will result in delays in your refund being processed.

Items damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost, provided that they were shipped within the last 30 days.
